No Cost to You Policy

To qualify for our No Cost to You policy, you must:

1. Have Medicare or an approved PFFS Medicare replacement health plan as your primary insurance.

2. Have a secondary insurance

3. Have paid for your deductible. (Medicare requires you to pay your deductible for each calendar year)

4. Do not have an HMO.

5. Qualify for financial assistance to cover co-payments and deductibles through the Care 1st Medical Solutions Financial Hardship Program.
